Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference Hires Senior Attorney

New York, NY (April 11, 2008) – Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP (SRFF) is pleased to announce that Peter DiChiara has joined the firm as Counsel.  Mr. DiChiara’s practice areas will include corporate and securities law, advising private and public companies on issues of corporate finance, equity and debt financings, securities law compliance issues, Securities Exchange Act reporting and general corporate matters.

A twenty-year legal and financial industry veteran, DiChiara has formerly been associated with the nationally-recognized firms of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP and Willkie Farr and Gallagher LLP.

Mr. DiChiara is also a certified public accountant and, in addition to his most recent tenures at Cadwalader and Willkie, has been as a manager for Ernst & Young and Philip Morris Companies (now Altria).  He has additionally served on the boards of both publicly-traded and non-profit entities and is currently the Deputy Mayor of the Village of Mount Kisco.
