Our History

SRFF was founded in 1998, and all of its original founding partners are with the firm today. This commitment is echoed by the stability of our attorneys and our long-term relationships with our clients—some of which have been with SRFF since our inception. Our partners, collectively, bring a vast array of experience  forming a cohesive team of attorneys covering all areas of securities and commercial law.  Our attorneys have practiced at top-tier law firms, as well as industry regulatory agencies, including the SEC (Divisions of Corporate Finance and Enforcement). Several of our attorneys have served as General Counsel for NYSE-listed, Nasdaq-listed and other publicly-traded companies.  We are proud of the history our firm holds, the experience our attorneys bring to the table, and the ability for the firm to remain strong in virtually all market conditions.
