Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP Advises Aegis Capital Corp on $17.5 million Secondary Public Offering for Ampio Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

NEW YORK, July 12, 2012  (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- New York- based securities law firm, Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP announced that it has represented Aegis Capital Corp and Fordham Financial Management, Inc.as co- managing underwriters in a $17.5  million secondary public offering for Ampio Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“AMPE” NASDAQ). The underwriting was pursuant to a prospectus supplement to an effective S-3 registration statement. The offering consisted of 5,307,710 shares of common stock at an offering price of $3.25 per share.
