JEFFREY J. FESSLER

Jeffrey J. Fessler joined Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP in 2004.  Mr. Fessler’s practice is focused on the representation of public and private companies, principally in the biotechnology industry.  Mr. Fessler has extensive experience representing investment banks and companies in public offerings and private placements. In addition, he has been involved in a wide variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, proxy contests, restructurings and private equity and debt financings. In addition to the biotechnology industry, Mr. Fessler has also represented companies in a variety of industries, including technology, telecommunications, broadcasting and healthcare. 

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Fessler practiced securities and corporate law at several large firms, including Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld and Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe.  Mr. Fessler graduated magna cum laude in 1991 from New York Law School and received a B.S. degree in accounting from the University of Maryland in 1985.  He was admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey in 1992 and 1991, respectively.  Mr. Fessler is a Certified Public Accountant.
