LOUIS A. BRILLEMAN

 

Louis Brilleman joined Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP in 2005. He counsels public and private companies in a variety of 1933 and 1934 Act securities matters, from complex financing transactions and listings on various stock exchanges through everyday regulatory requirements. Throughout his career he has represented many companies and investment banks in initial public offerings of securities, mergers and acquisitions and going private transactions.

 

Prior to joining our firm, Mr. Brilleman worked at a number of large and small law firms, including Sullivan & Cromwell and Bryan Cave LLP. He holds law degrees from the University of Amsterdam and New York University and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1991.
