ASHER S. LEVITSKY

 

Asher S. Levitsky joined Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP in June of 2006.  Mr. Levitsky‘s practice relates primarily to business and corporate law, where he provides legal services and works closely with senior management for a wide range of business transactions including public offerings and private placements, representing underwriters or placement agents and issuers, bridge or interim financings, early stage private financings, including venture capital financings, acquisitions and dispositions of assets including mergers and sales or purchases of assets. He has provided legal services involving licensing agreements relating to intellectual property rights and distribution agreements, and proxy contests for contested director elections. Many of his current transactions involve alternate methods of going public including reverse mergers with public shell companied combined with a financing and registration statement.

 

Prior to joining Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP, Mr. Levitsky was Of Counsel to Katsky Korins.  He graduated from Cornell University, B.A. 1965 and received his J.D. cum laude, order of the coif, from New York University School of Law in 1968.  He is admitted in New York, 1968 and to the U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit, U.S. Court of Appeals, District of Columbia Circuit, U. S. District Court, Southern District of N.Y., U.S. District Court, Eastern District of N.Y. and the U.S. Court of International Trade. He is a member of the American Bar Association.

 

LEVITSKY律师2006年六月加入Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference律师事务所。　LEVITSKY律师的主要执业领域为公司事务, 证券, 兼并与收购, 融资.  他同企业的管理层在众多的商业交易层面中保持紧密的合作并提供必要的法律服务,  包括公众募集和私募, 代表券商和发行商, 过桥融资, 早期私人融资包括创投融资, 和资产的收购与出售.  他也在无形资产方面的授权与经销合同、股东大会等方面提供法律服务.  他目前的大部分项目包括非传统式上市, 即一间私人企业与一个美国上市壳公司进行反向收购同时进行融资和股票登记.   LEVITSKY 律师目前主要为中国企业提供融资, 股票登记, 以及其他联邦证券法方面的法律服务.

 

加入Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference律师事务所之前，LEVITSKY律师曾是Katsky Korins的法律顾问。他于1965年毕业于美国康乃尔大学，获得本科学位，并于1968年以优等生身份毕业于纽约大学法学院。LEVITSKY律师具有纽约州，华盛顿特区，美国国际贸易法院的执业资格。LEVITSKY律师同时也是美国律师协会成员。
