Tara Guarneri-Ferrara

 

Tara Guarneri-Ferrara joined the Corporate and Securities Department of Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP in February 2008.  Ms. Guarneri-Ferrara graduated from St. Joseph’s University with a B.A. degree in English and a minor in Political Science in 2002, and earned her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in May 2005. 

Ms. Guarneri-Ferrara is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of New York and the federal courts in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, as well as the state and federal courts of New Jersey and the District of Columbia.
