SEAN F. REID

 

Sean F. Reid is an associate in the Corporate and Securities Department of Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP.  As an attorney and a licensed Certified Public Account, Mr. Reid applies his dual disciplines to all areas of corporate and securities transactional matters, including public and private offerings and mergers and acquisitions.

 

Mr. Reid joined the firm in 2007.  He received his Masters in Law with a concentration in Banking, Corporate and Finance Law from Fordham University School of Law in 2007.  While pursuing his Masters in Law, he interned at the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General in the Bureau of Securities.  He obtained his Juris Doctorate Degree from New York Law School in 2006.  Mr. Reid graduated from Fairfield University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 1999.  Following his undergraduate studies, he worked in the Assurance and Advisory Services Group at Deloitte & Touche LLP, performing audits of public and private entities.    

 

Mr. Reid is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of New Jersey.  He is currently awaiting admission in the states of New York and Connecticut.
