MATTHEW KAMEN

 

Matthew Kamen is an associate in the Corporate Transactional
Department.

Mr. Kamen provides counsel on various corporate transactions including
mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings,
private equity deals, SEC compliance, and general corporate matters.
Mr. Kamen also has a wide range of experience representing both public
and private companies in matters involving intellectual property
rights including drafting and negotiating domestic and international
trademark and agreements and providing extensive counseling on copyright
issues and unfair competition.

Mr. Kamen received a B.A. from the State University of New York at
Buffalo in 1999 and a J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in
2003.  He is a member of the Bar of the State of New York and is
admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern
and Eastern District of New York.
