JESSICA S. YUAN

 

Jessica S. Yuan joined the Corporate and Securities Department of Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP in October 2007.  Ms. Yuan focuses her practice in the areas of securities and corporate finance.  A significant part of her practice is dedicated to representing clients in cross-border transactions between China and the United States.

 

Ms. Yuan graduated from Amherst College, magna cum laude, with a B.A. in Political Science and in 2007 received her Juris Doctorate from the American University, Washington College of Law, where she was a member of the Administrative Law Review and the Janet R. Spragens Federal Tax Clinic.  Her admission to the New York Bar is pending.

 

Ms. Yuan is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.

 

袁述洁小姐的主要执业领域为证券与融资法， 尤其在中美跨国交易层面中提供多种法律服务。袁小姐2002年从美国麻省阿姆斯特大学毕业， 2007年从美利坚大学华盛顿法学院毕业， 目前在等候纽约律考结果。
