JAMES M. TURNER

 

James M. Turner joined the Corporate and Securities Department of Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP in December 2002.  Mr. Turner specializes his practice in the areas of securities, corporate finance, merger and acquisitions, and hedge funds.

 

Mr. Turner graduated cum laude from Elmira College with a B.A. in political science and international relations in 1997, and cum laude from American University, Washington College of Law in 2002, where he was a member of the American University International Law Review.  Mr. Turner authored “Mega Merger, Mega Problems: A Critique of the European Community’s Commission on Competition’s Review of the AOL/Time Warner Merger” 17 Am. U. Int’l L. Rev. 131 (2001). 

Mr. Turner is admitted to practice law in New York.
