ARTHUR Y. LEE

 

Arthur Y. Lee joined the Corporate and Securities Department of Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP in 2007.  Mr. Lee focuses his practice in all areas of securities law, including public offerings and private placements, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law.

Mr. Lee graduated cum laude from Rutgers University with a B.S. degree in Biochemical Engineering and a B.S. in English in 2003, and earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in May 2006, where he was a member of the Securities Arbitration Clinic.  

Prior to joining Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP, Mr. Lee worked in the Real Estate and Corporate Finance Groups at Duval & Stachenfeld LLP.

 

Mr. Lee is currently awaiting admission in the states of New York.
